Compliance and Data Quality Issues Table

The Issues List table is the main view of the Compliance & Data Quality Check module— every issue detected by the module's algorithms is listed here, with tools to filter, search, sort, export, and act on them separately or in bulk.

The Compliance & Data Quality Issues table includes the following columns:

  • Issue Id: generated automatically using the pattern issue type abbreviation _ running number, e.g. PD_001. Links to the Issue Details page.
  • Issue Type: currently two types are available: Protocol Deviation and Data Integrity. More types are planned to be added over time.
  • Creation type: programmable (detected algorithmically) and observable (created manually).
  • Country: the country of the site the issue relates to.
  • Site: the site the issue relates to. Links to the site page.
  • Subject: the subject  the issue relates to. Links to the subject page.
  • Title: short description of the issue.
  • Category / Sub-Category: classification of the issue.
  • Context: supporting data points behind the detection (e.g. visit, date, the specific data value that triggered it).
  • Reasoning: the explanation for why the issue was flagged.
  • Source: MyRBQM Portal or the originating source system.
  • Severity: study-configured values of the issue severity (e.g. Major/Minor); shown with a traffic-light icon. Values equivalent to Major are highlighted as a warning.
  • Date of Occurrence / Date of Detection:  when the underlying event happened vs. when the module detected it.
  • Designee: the user currently responsible for the issue.
  • Issue State: Active or Completed.
  • Review Status: First Review Pending, Reviewed, Verified, or Rejected.
  • Due Date: deadline for the next review.
  • Is Overdue: Yes/No, shown with a traffic-light icon.
  • Date of Last Update: when the issue's status was last changed.

The Issues List supports three display modes:

  • Full Table — every column, one row per issue.
  • Condensed Table — a denser row layout for scanning more issues at once.
  • Cards — one card per issue instead of a table row.

NOTE: Bulk selection and bulk status updates (see below) are only available in Full Table and Condensed Table modes.

Above the table, a filter bar lets you narrow down the issues list. It is possible to customize filters bar by clicking a gear icon that opens a panel where you toggle which filters are shown, per user, saved in the browser.

An Export action downloads all issues in CSV format. This export always includes the full issue set — it does not respect the currently applied filters. The export option is available via the three-dot menu.
