Editing User Settings

Depending on your rights/privileges you can: change a user's name, contact information, upload/change profile pictured, edit job title, assign/change a role, change password, subscription notifications, assign to groups and studies.

To edit user settings:

1.  Select Tools from the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights/proper privileges. Please see your company administrator.)

2.  Click Configuration in the dropdown list:

3.  Click User Management in the left menu bar:

4.  Find the User whose settings you want to edit.

5.  Click Edit to change account details:

6. Click Save.


*Note: if you change a user's email address of someone who has SSO (Single Sign-On), they will need to log in from that new email address.
