Giving Admin Privileges to a User

  1. Select Tools from the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights/proper privileges. Please see your system administrator.)
  2. Click Configuration in the dropdown list:

3. Click User Management in the left menu list: 

4. Find the User whose settings you want to edit and click Edit:

5. Check the field under Admin Privileges that fits the privileges the user should have. Choose between “No admin rights”, or “Company Admin rights” (Only Cyntegrity Management can have Global Admin Rights.)

6. Click Save.
