Assigning a Role to a User

Note: only certain roles will be able to assign a role to a user.

To assign a role to a user:

1.  Go to Tools in the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights. Please see your system administrator.)

2.  Click Configuration.

3.  Click User Management.  

4. Find the user to whom you want to assign roles.

5.  Click Edit.

6.  Click the check box next to the roles you want to assign to the user. 

7.  Click Save.
