Study Navigation
This article covers finding a study in the Studies List, reading the Study Overview Tile, and retiring or unretiring a study.
Studies List in MyRBQM® Portal can be accessed in the menu bar via Studies menu item or by clicking MyRBQM logo in the header.
Each tile on the Studies List page represents a study. Some of the studies already have a released risk assessment, depicted by the colorful bubble graph in the center of a Study Overview Tile (presentation may vary depending on the system configuration). Cyntegrity calls this bubble graph The Risk Flower.
The Study Overview Tile provides a lot of information about a running study at a glance. Besides the title of the study, it presents the most recent release of the Risk Assessment and Categorization Tool (RACT) in the RACT tab, the most important metrics in the Metrics tab, statistics of the mitigation actions in the Mitigations tab, and the option for additional actions in the …More tab.
The Risk Flower itself depicts risk categories and risks as colorful dots, together with the overall numerical risk score. The date of the latest active RACT and the study status are shown underneath it.
Next to the study’s name, the Mind Map icon opens a second, tree-view visualization of the same risk assessment: a study cell at the center, branching out through Risk Categories → Risk Questions → Risk Statements → Mitigation Actions. Disabled questions, accepted risks, and closed mitigation actions are grayed out. You can filter the map and download it.
To enter a study, click one of the shortcut buttons on the Study Tile. To navigate back to the Studies List from inside a study use a blue circled arrow in the header.
Apart from the information about the company’s studies presented on the Studies List page, there is a studies overview report available for download via Studies overview button on top of the Studies List page. It contains detailed information about each study, such as study status, key dates, the use of Subject Profile, data upload, and information about RACT, etc.
For user convenience, filtering and pagination functions are offered on the Studies List page.
When a study is completed, it should be retired - as a part of the decommissioning process.
