Configure "Ask AI"

MyRBQM offers a functionality called Ask AI to help you with drafting Action text. More about Ask AI for Mitigation Actions and how to use this feature can be found in the Ask AI for Actions Support article. (See link below.) 

Ask AI functionality is disabled by default and can be enabled and configured easily for the Company level.  To configure Ask AI for your Company: 


  1. Click Tools. 
  2. Configuration.  

  1. Company Management. 
  2. Click Manage AI functionality drop-down arrow. 
  3. Check the box: Use Ask AI. 

  1. Carefully read the Term of Use statement in the pop-up.
  2. Accept the Term of Use. 

To disable the functionality, remove the check from the checkbox.
