Inviting a New User from "Outside" my Company

Note: only certain roles will be able to invite a new user.

To invite a new user to MyRBQM who is from outside your company:

  • If your organization uses Single Sign On (SSO):
  1. Obtain an organizational Microsoft account for the individual.
  2. Create a company email address for the individual.
  3. Invite the user in MyRBQM User Management using the organization’s MS email account address. For instructions for the last step, see Inviting a New User.
