Enabling Multi-Factor Authorisation (MFA)

To enable MFA:

  1. Go to Tools (upper menu) > ConfigurationHub > Company Management:

NOTE: if the MFA is enabled, a user will not be able to change their password.

Enabled MFA function will cause these changes in the user management and login to the system:

  • User will not be able to change their password. (If they need to change their password, they can send a request to the Company/Business Administrator (C/BA).)
  • A new user will receive an email with a request to connect with the C/BA to generate a password.
  • A Verification code will be required for Login. The code will be sent to the user's email address on file in the MyRBQM portal.

NOTE: The rules described in this paragraph are not valid if SSO is activated.
