Resetting/Changing Password for User

Note: only certain roles will be able to reset/change a password for a user.

To reset a password for a user:

1.  Select Tools from the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights/proper privileges. Please see your Company/Business Administrator.)

  1. Select Configuration > User Management:

3.  Find the User whose settings you want to edit and select Edit:

4. Click Send Password Reset Email:
