Changing/Resetting my Password

Changing your password is only applicable to companies who do not employ Single Sign On (SSO) or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). If your company does employ one of these and you still need to change your password, contact your Company/Business Administrator.

  1. Click the person icon or photo in the upper right corner and choose My Account:

2.  Click Change Password and enter the new password. 

NOTE: the password should contain a minimum of 11 characters.

3.  Confirm the new password by entering it again.

4.  Click Apply Changes.
