Display names of users in audit

Options for displaying the name of the person who performed the action in the audit:

  • Company (the action was performed using the API/Integration API)

  • Secret (used in records about creating a new company and inviting the first user.)

  • User (Company Audit - the action was performed by a user from another company OR Study Audit - the action was performed by a user who no longer has access to the study)

A user from another company (global administrator) can edit a company configuration. We can't show a username from another company, so that user is shown as "User".

"User" is a user from "Cyntegrity" company (seed company).

the action was performed by a user from another company

the action was performed by a user who no longer has access to the study

Note: a user from another company is prohibited from changing data in studies.

  • + (blocked) (the action was performed by a user who is currently blocked)

  • + (deleted) (the action was performed by a user who is currently deleted)

  • System (the action was performed by the system as a result of calculations)

Who can see hidden names?

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to show hidden names based on roles and privileges. All usernames are presented in the same format.

The name of a user who does not have access to the study is displayed when the user gains access again.
