Types of Requesters displayed in Audit Trial
Each audit entry in the Company and Study Audit Trails has a requester — a person or a system that triggered the action:
Below are the definitions of each requester type.
Requester displayed in Study Audit | Meaning | Audit Level |
User name (or user email) | Action performed by a user from the company in MyRBQM | Study and Company |
System | Action performed automatically by the system (e.g., ticket creation) | Study |
Company (via API) | Action performed via the Integration API | Study and Company |
User Name (blocked) or (deleted) | Action performed by a user who is currently blocked or deleted | Study and Company |
Secret | Action performed by a Global Administrator from Cyntegrity - used for company creation and first user invitation | Company |
?User | Action performed by a Global Administrator from Cyntegrity - used for updating company configuration OR Action performed by a former company user who no longer has study access |

Internal user ID, if available (user not found) | User not found in the MyRBQM user database | Study and Company |
The name of a user who does not have access to the study is displayed again once the user regains access.
