Create a new Report/Datasource


To create a new Report in MyRBQM system go to "Datasources" or "Reports" tab.

Use "Datasources" if you are going to use the Report in Excel and use "Reports" tab if you want to create a pdf version.


"Datasources" tab

  1. Open "Datasources" tab
  2. Click on "New Datasource"

  1. Add ID and Datasource name in a Popup window
  2. Click on "Create"

  1. The Report will appear in the "Data Sources" list

  1. Click on the Report.
  2. In the opened page click on "Edit"

  1. In right hand side Editor select needed Data source.

  1. Click on "Save"

  1. Now it is possible to download the report to Excel.

"Reports" tab

  1. Open "Reports" tab
  2. Click on "New Report"

  1. Add ID and Report name in a Popup window
  2. Click on "Create"


  1. The Report will appear in the "Reports" list

  1. Click on the Report
  2. In the opened page click on "Edit"

  1. Click on "Create New Section"


  1. Select type of visualisation (Grid, Table or Text) following your needs.
  2. Name the Section.
  3. Click on "Create".

  1. Click on "Settings".

  1. In the right-hand side Editor click on "Choose".

  1. In Popup window select one of the templates.


  1. Click on "Load"

  1. Adjust the template content (if needed).
  2. 17. Click on "Save".

  1. Click on "Save"
