Deleting Actions

To delete Actions from the Actions List:

1. From ActionsList, Click on the ID to open the Action:

2. Click Delete.

(You may delete a new Mitigation or Investigative/Corrective Action, but not an Active or Closed Action.) See examples below:

When finished with Active or Closed Actions, simply CLOSE them. This ensures accurate documentation of study activity.
