Adding a New Role

To Add a New Role:

1.  Go to Tools in the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights. Please see your system administrator.)

2.  Click Configuration.

3.  Click  Roles.  

4.  Click A dd a New Role.

5.  Enter Role Name, select privileges, etc.

6.  Click  Save this Role.

Roles can also be Imported:

1. Go to Tools in the blue navigation bar. (If you do not see this function, you do not have administrator rights. Please see your system administrator.)

2. Click Import Roles.

3. Follow prompts to Import Roles.

4. Click Save these Roles.
