Data Deletion

It is not possible to delete data from a Live study. Only some specific roles will be able to delete data.

To delete study data:

  1. From Study Settings, select Settings > Delete Study Data.

    1. When clicked, it should confirm data is deleted by showing some text: "Warning! THIS WILL DELETE ALL DATA (such as Metric and KRI data) FOR THIS STUDY! THIS ACTION CANNOT BE UNDONE! To confirm that you wish to proceed, please enter the Internal Study Id (SIID) in the field below:"
  3. Confirm by entering the Internal Study ID.
  4. Click Cancel or Delete Study Data.
  5. Provide a Rationale when requested.
